Answers about billing, features, and how Papermint keeps your papers secure.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro purchases. If Papermint isn’t a fit, email support within 14 days and we’ll refund you—no awkward questions.

  1. Send your order email + reason to support@papermint.app.
  2. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days to your original method.
  3. Renewals and upgrades follow a pro-rated policy (see Billing below).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your Pro features remain available until the end of the billing period. You won’t be charged again.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades apply at the next renewal; you keep current features till then.

  • Moving to Institute? We’ll help migrate templates, roles, and seats.
  • Switching to monthly/annual adjusts the next invoice automatically.

Can Papermint create A/B/C sets automatically?

Yup. The multi-set generator follows your blueprint (marks, counts, weightage) and shuffles while maintaining parity. It also supports answer keys per set.

Can it mimic our past paper style?

Upload past papers + marking schemes and Papermint learns your structure, tone, and common patterns. Save as a Template for one-click reuse across subjects.

Do you support regional languages?

Yes—Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and more. You design once; Papermint keeps the structure identical and writes natural phrasing in the selected language.

What does the PDF export include?

Clean, print-ready PDFs with your logo, headers/footers, watermark, page numbers and section rules. Answer keys export separately (optional).

Is my data private and secure?

Papers are private to your organisation by default. We use Clerk for auth, role-based access for staff, and server-side controls for downloads. We never public-index your content.

Can students access Papermint?

Papermint is for teachers and institutes. You can generate student handouts and solutions, but learners don’t get workspace access unless you invite them as viewers.

Do you offer live support?

Pro gets priority email; Institute gets SLA + phone. Our help center has guides and quick videos for common tasks.

How do billing and invoices work (INR)?

We charge in INR with GST where applicable. Invoices are emailed automatically and downloadable from Settings → Billing. Institute plans get consolidated billing.
